I wish all peds would have LC's ...Love this :). I wish all peds would have LC's on staff! Our hospital staff was not really negative just totally insensitive and not very supportive regarding breastfeeding. They were also really uninformed and caused a lot of issues and setbacks with their "advice". I spent the next 4 months in tears and frustration trying to wean from a nipple shield that didn't really help but was all Maddie knew. But now, it's lovely, and a few minutes snuggling my baby while she nurses is a lot less hassle than having to make a bottle, especially on the go!<br /><br />I hope this week informs many more women (and men especially!!!) about breastfeeding and how to have a good start at something that has benefits of a lifetime, for mama and for baby.Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16430304557211862373noreply@blogger.com
